Sherre joined the EBA in August 2013. She is a member of Paden Baptist Church. She is married to Barry, and they have 2 children (Chelsea & Andrew) and 2 grandchildren (Marley & Pepper) She enjoys being with her family, Alabama football, music, reading, the beach and the mountains.
Misty Parker

Misty joined the EBA staff in January of 2020. She is married to Jason, and they have 3 children - Luke, Bo, and Riley. She is a member of MeadowBrook Church where she has enjoyed being a part of a LifeGroup and serving on the Welcome Team. She enjoys being home with family, supporting her children in their activities, traveling, and Auburn football.
Craig Carlisle
Director of Missions

Craig has served as Director of Missions of the EBA since November 2017. Before becoming DOM, he pastored 3 Alabama churches - Munford Baptist Church, Central Park Baptist Church, and 12th Street Baptist Church over a period of 3 decades. He loves churches and ministers and is excited to be able to invest in both through the EBA.
Jarman Leatherwood
Congregational Wellness Strategist/Catalyst

Jarman joined the EBA on October 5th of 2020. He is the pastor of the House of Hope and Restoration Church in Huntsville, AL. He also serves as a church planting catalyst for the Alabama State Board of Missions. He is married to Camillus Leatherwood, and they have 3 wonderful children. He enjoys spending time with family, reading, and serving the Lord's people. Also, He loves watching some Alabama football!
