The Etowah Baptist Association Disaster Relief Team is one of the finest, well trained teams in Alabama.  Teams assist folks affected by weather related catastrophes.  Specialized Training is available in the following disciplines:  Cleanup/Recovery, Chainsaw Operators, Mass Feeding, Childcare, Shower Unit, as well as, Chaplaincy (ordination is not required).  An Introductory Class is also included as a part of the training.  The Disaster Relief Ministry is a unique blend of Missions and Evangelism.  As emotional and physical needs are met, there’s opportunity to share The Gospel.  Go to www.sbdr.org for more info on upcoming training events or contact the EBA:  (256) 547-1691.
